If you no longer require any unused product you bought, or you're not 100% satisfied, you can return them to us for a full credit. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, in saleable condition and packed in a suitable outer carton.
Once your return is received and processed in the warehouse (usually within 48 hours of receipt here), you will receive a credit for the items you returned.
Unlike many other sites that have special rules and fine print, Voltex keeps it simple - orders over $150 (ex. GST) receive free shipping. Orders under $150 will incur a small surcharge of $15 (ex. GST). Voltex understands that getting your products to you is important, so every effort is made to process your order quickly.
