If a dispute arises between Customers using Voltex Share, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to release Voltex Electrical from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Voltex Electrical Accessories ("Voltex Electrical", “we", "us" or "our") supplies electrical and data products directly to licensed electrical contractors across Australia. We operate an online platform through which account-holding customers can access our range of products, supported by personal service and direct distribution from our warehouses. Our online platform includes the Voltex Electrical website found at https://voltexelectrical.com.au/t-about.aspx and the Voltex Electrical mobile applications for iOS and Android (together, the Platform).
At Voltex Electrical, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and other individuals we interact with.
This privacy policy (Privacy Policy) explains how we will collect, use, disclose, store, and protect Personal Information collected from you (this includes for our customers, website visitors, contractors, suppliers and our staff). For payment transactions, Voltex Electrical uses industry standard security measures to protect payment information. Payment data transmitted through our Platform is encrypted using secure technologies, including Secure Sockets Layer and HTTPS encryption protocols. For mobile application transactions, we also use RSA encryption to provide an additional layer of security during the transmission of payment information. Customers may choose to save payment card details for future purchases. Where this feature is used, full payment card details are stored by our third-party payment processor, eWAY.
If we hold Personal Information about you, you can request access to that information by putting the request in writing and sending it to the Privacy Officer. We will respond to any request within a reasonable period.
